Payment Methods:

Payments can be made by: Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa) cheque, money order or direct deposit. We also accept payment through Paypal and Paymate

Bareback Decor and Gifts reserves the right to cancel any order received via checkout, where payment with a credit card is suspected as being fraudulent or high risk, as flagged by our secure server. You will be notified via the email address used at check out if your order is not accepted.

Complete your order online through check out, Our secure shopping system incorporates industry standard SSL 3.0 data encryption at 128 bit using the internationally trusted certificates. The secure server that performs the processing of the payment is protected by the latest in hardware firewall technology. This ensures your private information is kept private throughout the payment process. 

Direct deposit bank details are availiable when "Direct Deposit" is selected at checkout please note these details to make your payment.

Postage

Postage in Australia is calculated at checkout on the following basis inc. GST

Orders totaling under $100 are charged $11.00

Free Australia Wide Delivery For All Orders Over $120 

We use Australia Post or Fastway Couriers to deliver orders. Fastway Courier service is unavailable to PO Boxes

*Orders containing mulitple (4 or more) quantities of the same product , (ie 4 cookie jars)  may be subject to a $10 surcharge fee. You will be notified after your Order Confirmation email arrives. If you have placed an order with multiple items of the same product, please wait for this confirmation before making payment.

*Due to the weight and size of some products , postage will be quoted and invoiced  to you according to postage address.Payment will not be processed until the quote is accepted by you.Please allow up to 24 hours for this confirmation.

If I have spoken to you or you have seen a product not listed on this web site, at a Gymkhana, Show or Pony Club at Beaudesert and surrounds please email to arrange personal delivery or pick-up to save on postage.

All prices for products listed at  barebackdecor.com.au  are in Australian Dollars.

Postage for your order will be calculated in Australian dollars and confirmation by you will be required before your order is processed.

Once postage cost is accepted by you, pay for your order via Paypal in Australian dollars and Paypal converts your currency payment for you.

Import duties, fees and charges governed by purchasers country are entirely purchasers responsibility.

Layby

For Australian customers only

Our 12 Week Layby Terms:-

  • A Minimum 10% Deposit is required.
  • Layby payments are by Direct Bank Deposit only.
  • Goods must be paid in full within 12 weeks. 
  • Payments must be made in installments not exceeding 16 days.
  • You choose how much you wish to pay for each installment, however a min of 10% of total order is required.
  • Place your order and proceed to checkout choose payment option Bank Deposit and in the comments section type "LAYBY" you will receive a regular Order Confirmation via email .
  • Then just make your first and regular payments by direct bank deposit using your Surname and order number as bank deposit discription.
  • Goods will be sent when final payment of total order has been reached.
  • Layby orders cannot be split before total of order has been paid.  
  • A fee of 10% of total order will exist upon cancellation of a layby.Balance of any payments made will be refunded.                                                                            

Returns Policy

REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

All returned items must be suitably packaged for safe return to us. Products returned damaged or broken due to inappropriate packing will not be negotated.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Occasionally products do get damaged when travelling though the post.
If your purchase is damaged in transit please seek assistance from the carrier immediately ie Australia Post , Fastway Courier . Do not accept a package where damage is evident, you are intitled to notify and seek limited compensation, if your goods are damaged. However, a complaint must be lodged in the first instance.

Please telephone Bareback Decor and Gifts on 07 5543 3531 to notify of any product damages. If it is proven that the carrier is not at fault, you will be offered a no charge replacement of damaged product or refund if the product is no longer in available.You will need to first return the damaged product to us for assessment within 7days from you receiving your goods. All returned items must be suitably packaged for safe return to us.

METHOD OF REFUNDS
Bareback Decor And Gifts will refund your purchase amount by way of  the original method of payment made by you.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
